Announcements / Reminders:

  1. This is to correct the October District Secretary's Report on the GSE Team bound for Netherland. Buenas Aires Celi C. De la Cruz, one of the GSE team members was hosted by the ROTARY CLUB OF KALIBO and not by the Rotary Club of Roxas.

  2. Deadline for the 2nd semester submission of the Semi-Annual Report (SAR) of membership to RI will be on January 1, 2010 together with payment (validated deposit slip) of per capita dues. Deposit on line to : Metrobank account No. 10610029 or thru –www.rotary.org

      c. SAR Report Rooster
      d. Reporting new member form

  3. Deadline for the 2nd semester payment of magazine subscription is also on January 1, 2010.

      Account name: “ Philippine Rotary Magazine”

    Subscription to “The Rotarian” and “The Philippine Rotary Magazine” is mandatory and a condition for membership. Failure of the club to subscribe is ground for termination.

  4. For the upcoming District Conference on February 25-27, please confirm and possibly pay your hotel accommodation as soon as possible. The PAL golfers transferred their golf tournament from Mindanao to Bacolod exactly on the same dates as our DISCON and bulk of visitors are expected to come. List of Hotels and Pension Houses as well as the contact numbers were emailed to all club presidents months ago. Kindly go over your emails.
